Job TitleLocation(s)Responsible for supporting After Market Sales team in selling consumables and manage dealers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for supporting After Market Sales team in selling reagents and consumables.
Manage business partner relationship and dealer's network; channel sales & marketing.
Achieve sales targets and coordinating service projects.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Submitting client quotations, follow-up and administering client accounts.
Analyzing costs and sales and preparing reports.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Provide technical presentations and demonstrate on product to meet client needs.
Manage existing customers/dealers and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential.
Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers and attend relevant trade shows.
Any other jobs that might be relevant to this position.
KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIREDProfessional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in laboratory sales-service; preferably candidate with experience in managing dealers.
Able to multitask and follow-through with customers by organizing well on daily jobs.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good persuasion skills and aptitude for communication.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on SAP will be an added advantage.
A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess own transport and able to travel within Malaysia.
