Details of the offer

We are looking for Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide service and customer support
• Carry out preventive maintenance work on VSD (Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB).
• Carry out PLC / VSD installation, assembly and wiring.
• Testing and commissioning of VSD together with team members.
• Support and solve any VSD problem reported from customer.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong technical and analytical thinking with problem solving skills. Machine troubleshooting & corrective maintenance.
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting VSD will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must posses own vehicle and willing to travel.
• Training will be provided for VSD
