Service Technician

Key Responsibilities: Execute calibration or verification services for the following Connected Technologies Products in accordance with guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures set by the Group.Perform high quality service by troubleshooting and repair of the products above, and including support on Maintenance Products which comprise of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic tools.Execute onsite bearing dismounting or mounting jobs in accordance with guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures set by the Group.Support remanufacturing initiatives, in collaboration with Manufacturing Unit to deliver jobs within the specified timeline.Prepare the service reports on calibration and/or repair activity for review by Service Engineer, prior to submission to customers.Utilize database to maintain all equipment logs, repair history and spare parts consumption.Prepare necessary documentation for billing process.Maintain and ensure availability of essential spare parts for the execution of the repair tasks and company's car.Maintain and ensure the calibration/availability of internal equipment used by Service and Application Engineers.Maintain and ensure the calibration of all master test equipment are executed in accordance with the defined schedule.Offer timely technical support on the products above to internal and external customers for any event/exhibition.Liaise with peers within the ISEA region to ensure continuous support and with optimum quality.
