Shipping Assistant

Responsibilities: Data Entry for Shipping related document Capable of handling full set of shipping documents for export and import in the Free Trade Zone.
Coordinate with Shipping line, Forwarding agent, customers, and internal teams on shipment requirements.
Liaise with Forwarding / Agent / Customer for shipping and custom clearance of products (import & export shipping) Prepare customer report.
Prepare the shipping advice to customers.
Courier sample request by customer Assist supervisor to organize / completed report Complete the job task assign by Superior from time to time Requirement: Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree, in any field Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate with Mandarin speaking is added advantage At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
Computer literate is MUST.
