Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest communications and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services for properties.
- Monitor bookings and optimize occupancy strategies.
- Manage property listings and implement marketing initiatives.
- Track financial performance and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or hospitality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
