Details of the offer

**MANAGING & EXECUTING OF ALL SITE ADMINISTRATION WORK**- Operating and maintaining potable water supply system for all camps and buildings.- Maintaining all drinking water filtration system. (Currently some are maintained by Coway, some are maintained in-house)- Manage and QC cleaner's work on cleaning site office, it's toilet and etc.- Manage maintenance schedule and maintenance work of all air conditioning units in site office, lab, store, camps, weighbridge office, dispatch office, electrical rooms, and plant control rooms.- Mosquito fogging works.- Weeding.- General housekeeping for all areas excludes production plants, HME maintenance, logistic maintenance, plant maintenance, laboratory warehouse, fabrication, weighbridge, security post and mining area.- Manage handyman's and related Site Admin staffs' workload, work performance, work quality, discipline, and duty roster.- To manage security guard contractor's work performance and quality based on SOP.- To improve existing Site Admin SOP and create and implement new SOP as required.- To create KPI for Site Admin staffs, to monitor their work and provide guidance to encourage they hit KPI.**Security Management**- To liaise with various authorities during their site visit.- To ensure all workers, contractors or visitors to comply the SOP (Vehicle Exit Form, Material Exit Form etc).- To monitor the security gate post daily duties, site patrol (Admin and staff quarters).- To ensure the availability of contact person for security issue especially after working hours (night shift).- To carry out checks on the visitor's logbook and to ensure all information are recorded accurately.- To monitor and manage the functionality of CCTV camera and report to the service provider when it is faulty.- To report any suspicious security matter to the management.**Facility Management (camp)**- To maintain good infrastructure, utilities, landscape, cleanliness and housekeeping of the camps, canteens and office site.- To keep an updated records of camp residents occupancies.- To ensure the welfare and needs of camp residents are being met.- To create awareness among camp residents on the camp safety and health standards.- To conduct monthly inspections on entire camp facilities and office facility. The inspection report must be submitted to the COO every 1st week of the next month.- To manage the handymen and prepare documented work schedule (e.g., weekly electrical appliances inspection, fogging, drainage system, collection of garbage etc).- To arrange for any camp residents who had fallen ill/injured to the clinic or hospital after working hours (after 5.00pm).- To prevent and report the use of any prohibited materials such as weapons, drugs, alcohol or pornographic materials among camp residents.**Food Supply Management**- To manage catering crew, prepare food menu and ensure quality of food served.- To ensure no wastage of food ordered by conducting headcount checks especially the number of camp residents.**Administration**- To attend any visitors entering to site (e.g., JMG, PTG, Consultant, DOE, ST, LAUT or any, excluding DOSH shall be attend the HSE department.- To prepare and submit reports or documentations which related to the required agencies (exclusive DOSH).- To manage office admin Petty Cash and take full control of petty cash custody.- To manage and monitor the functionality of "Face Scan Recognition" and deal with the service provider.- To monitor the usage of company vehicle and upkeep service and maintenance schedule. To carry out random vehicle inspection.- To monitor, to keep records of the usage of Covid-19 Test Kit and ensure the availability of the Covid-19 Test Kit.- To manage all matters which related to administration.**Requirements**:- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office Application Software.- Leadership quality with good organizational and planning skills.- Knowledge in good environmental, safety and health practices shall be advantageous.**Additional information**:- Meals and accommodation are provided at the site.- Location: Bukit Besi, Terengganu**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Dungun: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- working: 8 years (required)
