Site Safety Supervisor

Maintain a good standard of health, safety and environment on site in accordance with the company management policy and statutory requirements.
Advise the site management on changes in legislation and safe codes of practice.
Liaise with authorities on safety, health and environment related matters.
Advice the site management on measures to be taken in the interest of safety, health and environment and follow through in the implementation of such measures.
Inspect the workplace to identify potential hazards and report the findings with recommendations for correction to the site management.
Investigate accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences (with or without personal injury) and report with recommendations for prevention to the site management.
Conduct training for site staff.
Conduct safety induction training, tool box talk and site inspection.
Prepare required reports.
To conduct Safety Briefing on weekly basis with subcontractor and workers.
Assist the management in solving Safety & Health problem at site.
Prepare work pass and issue to only legal workers at site.
To collect and maintain statistic of any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and diseases at the work site.
To report to the Project Manager or Director of any impedance or obstruction to safety implementation.
Any other task or job function which the company may assign from time to time.
