Full job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONTo ensure compliance and to promote a safe conduct of work at project site.To perform regulatory responsibilities prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.To achieve the objective of protecting fellow workers from works hazards.OSH legislations; Occupational risk assessment; Preparation of safe operating procedure; Monitoring the effectiveness of control measures; Encouraging worker's participation; and Continuously improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH law.Perform workplace inspection in reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the programmes implemented to reduces the accident/incident, unsafe act/unsafe condition at the site.Work closely with relevant authorities, such as Department Occupational safety and Health (DOSH), and Environment on matters related to HSE.Ensure all the machinery policies, procedure and instructions are comply with DOSH regulations.JOB REQUIREMENTRegistered with DOSH as a Certified Safety Officer with a valid Yellow Book.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety) or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in the related to project site or occupational safety and health field.Certified competent person as Occupational Safety & Health Officer from NIOSH.In-depth knowledge of ISO41001 and ISO14001 principles and best practices.Possess own transport and willing to travel.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.BENEFITSCompetitive remuneration packageOutpatient Medical include direct familyGroup Hospitalization & Surgical SchemePersonal Accident InsuranceAllowance (travel stipends, transportation, outstation, etc.)Sport Club, social, recreational and regular team activitiesPersonal development opportunitiesOpen cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: RM3,000.00 – RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayLicense/Certification:DOSH Yellow Book (Required)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
