Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing grouting projects. This position involves managing project execution, ensuring quality workmanship, and overseeing the team of workers involved in grouting projects.
Project Implementation:
Supervise and oversee the execution of all tile grouting projects.
Ensure project plans, timelines are met with high quality standards.
Team Management:
Manage and lead a team of workers involved in grouting projects.
Provide guidance, instructions, and support to ensure efficient project execution.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Implement measures to maintain and improve project quality.
Resource Coordination:
Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment required for grouting projects.
Ensure enough resources for project completion.
Client Interaction:
Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate project progress, updates, and any issues to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in construction, project implementation, or similar roles is advantageous.Good leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Good attitude and willingness to grow with the companyMin 1-2 years of working experienceMin SPM Malaysia Possess Valid driving license and clean driving record
