Site Supervisor

Mutiara Johan Group of Companies We are an well established and fast expanding property developer seeking for an ambitious, dynamics and highly motivated personnel to join our team for the following positions :-
Site Supervisor  Requirements: - Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Structural and Building; At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in main contractor firm;Able to read drawings and to carry out implementation at the site; To assist Construction Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works and good in paper works;To supervise site job as assigned by the construction manager;To monitor and coordinate with sub-contractor and site workers;To monitor and coordinate day to day works at site;Initiative and able to work independently; To undertake any and all other duties as instructed by the Supervisor;Those without qualifications however with minimum 4 years working experience are encouraged to apply;Applications should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status;Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin required._______________________________________________________________________________________________________
