Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading and managing construction crews, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and manage construction crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring they work safely and efficiently.- Interpret blueprints and project specifications, translating them into clear instructions for your team.- Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues promptly and proactively.- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring materials and deliveries arrive on time and within budget.- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.- Prepare and submit daily reports, documenting progress, risks, and key information.- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.- Attend project meetings and provide constructive feedback.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuantan (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuantan: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 03/04/2024
