Site Supervisor

Job Scope:1. Responsible to site operation maintenance.2. Responsible to staff/operator arrangement.3. Identify and resolve any problems in the operation site.4. Assist with the management of daily operational activities.5. Keep active update of site operation activities in WhatsApp group and top management.6. Make equipment on hire checklist, mechanic arrangement and report about breakdown of equipment.7. Keep update pending equipment on hire lists, maintenance schedule and plan, and stock news.8. Prepared plan for equipment service at least 3 months before services.9. Ensuring that all activities conform to client, industry, and company standards.Requirements and Skills:1. Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.2. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.3. Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.4. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.5. Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.6. Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kota Kinabalu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kota Kinabalu: Relocate before starting work (required)
