Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
5 - 8 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functionalities 3 – 5 years of experience in the area of domain Solid classroom delivery skills and high-performing PC user and an expert in Windows Office Suite.
High proficiency in using multiple and innovative training delivery methods and mediums to include blended learning solutions and online tools such as webcast, podcast, and eLearning Experience in developing Web-based and blended training materials using authoring tools such as Captivate and Articulate.
