Social Media Strategies Planning and Execution. Copy Development. Develop copy for social media content and advertising campaigns and create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audienceCampaign Management. Managing end to end social campaigns on channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, XHS etc.Strategic Execution. Develop campaign execution strategies with new ideas; test, iterate and optimize to find incremental improvements on existing campaigns.Market Research. Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behavioursContent Management. Managing web properties, microsites, and social media platforms on a day-to-day basis.Tracking and Analysis. Track and measure success of content executed, performance of content to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas; prepare reports and presentations clearly communicating findings from initiatives to management and to the boarder organization.Coordination and cooperation. Work with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies based on goals; and actively participate in company's projects.Creative management. Copy writing and creative development for materials needed for media. Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital advertising or digital marketing role at an online / tech company, media agency or any brands. However, fresh graduate with strong data analytical thinking is encouraged to apply too.Hands-on experience and good technical knowledge in using Social Media Ads Manager Platforms and tracking tool/ tracking platform is advantage. The platforms are including, but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suites, Facebook Creator Studio, etc.Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, Business Studies / Marketing, Journalism, Information Technology or other relevant industries preferred. Possessing knowledge in Nutrition will be a strong plus point.Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills in EnglishUp to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketingGood communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking ability and a well-developed business understanding and commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business.Critical thinking and able to respond fast to social media trendsDetailed and sensitive to numbers. Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel is an added advantage.
