Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities: Design, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for different audiences and platforms.Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns, promotions, and product launches.Actively monitor, respond, and engage with followers, building a positive and interactive community.Partner with internal teams to develop high-quality, visually compelling content and promotional materials.Analyze performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting-edge.Assist with influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Work with the marketing team to oversee paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and objectives.Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.1-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms, along with their management tools. Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling, on-brand content.Added advantages: Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to drive performance.Ability to work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messagingKnowledge of basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus!
