Key Responsibilities: Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow our audiences and followers across all social media platforms which is Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and TelegramBe one of the talent for our company on our social media to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, followers growth and sales conversionResponsible in responding and engaging in real-time to posts, questions and reply comments activelyDaily routine : Posting content, sharing posting, reply and moderate comments actively and positively in all our social media platform with target and KPI givenWork alongside marketing department to ensure that content is aligned with company's brand and identityKeep up with the latest social media trends and find stylish and dynamic ways to promote the products and brandAble to create content for brand awareness, sales and company product with creative thinkingUnderstanding and ability to report on own task KPIs and metrics achievement Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication or equivalent.Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related working experience on handling Social Media (FB, iG, Tiktok and etc) in FMCG /online / e-commerce industryKnowledgeable of current trending Social Media Management and basic PPC will be an added advantage.Can be as a talent in front of camera for contentHave a skill and knowledge about Ai (Artificial intelligence) to create and edit video for content also will be an added advantageCreative, discipline and committed to work (not calculative about hours)
