Job Description:
IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our services and facilities
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely manner
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Requirements:
- Energetic and passionate about social media marketing
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to think innovatively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in social media management is a plus
