Social Media Manager

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Social Media Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Monitor competitor activity on social media

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in social media management
- Resourceful and passionate about social media
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
