This position provides support to the General Manager and Directors in providing continuous leadership and guidance in matters relating to Social Media management of the complex by designing and implementing the social media and e-commerce strategy with KPIs. Also acting as the primary point of contact for digital and eCommerce matters when implementing new website, mobile or social media features.
Scope of Responsibilities Proactively plan creative, compelling, and targeted social media activity and campaigns.Research and develop new ways to leverage social content to improve performances.Setting KPIs for social media agencies and using relevant social media monitoring tools to manage all the social channels.Conduct competitive analysis studies on competition and provide recommendations on content changes for the social channels.Oversee all social media accounts of the complex, which includes F&B and Offices, through social media agencies and ensure accountability.Prepare and implement the annual social media content strategy in accordance to brand.Plan and execute social media influencer campaigns, working closely with local and/or international influencers / KOLs.Create and execute social media campaigns that will generate leads, drive quality traffic and followers' engagement.Work closely with various departments to produce quality content for social media.Writing, commissioning, and editing materials for a range of key audiences for use across all social media platforms.Ensure website content is up to date and on-brand.Safeguard the security of the company's information and computing assets and comply with the implemented Information Security Policy and all practices and supporting procedures designed in accordance with the policy.Requirements Degree holder in Marketing or eCommerce Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline.At least 2 years' solid experience in similar capacity, preferably in luxury hospitality field.Excellent communications skills, articulate and compelling communication style.Ability to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles, appropriate to relevant audiences.Strong attention to detail.Proven track record with project management skills.Capable of creative thinking, working with flair and imagination.Good writing skills in English.Prioritisation skills necessary to meet deadlines.Effective management, leadership, organisational and communications skills.Ability to work flexible schedule.Prolific in all Windows Based Software Application.Strong level of proficiency in MS Excel.Knowledge of Canva.Desirable Strong team player, enthusiastic to learn and accomplish the social media, marketing & Yap Ah Shak House overall goals.Adobe Creative cloud.
