**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Strategy Development:**
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Proton Holdings Berhad's brand values and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- **Content Creation and Management:**
- Create compelling and visually appealing content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Oversee and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely posting and engagement across all platforms.
- **Analytics and Performance Review:**
- Analyze metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on social media performance with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Community Engagement:**
- Foster and maintain a positive community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing online interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
- **Campaigns and Promotions:**
- Strategize and execute promotional campaigns, contests, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and goals across all channels.
- **Collaboration and Support:**
- Cooperate with other departments (e.g., PR, Customer Service, and Sales) to ensure a unified brand presence and leverage cross-functional opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and other collaborative efforts to enhance overall marketing strategies.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about digital marketing and social media trends.
