Social Media & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.Create and curate engaging content for social media platformsManage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments/messages.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging.Knowledge on how to utilize and implement SEO'sMonitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.Document pictures and live videos during events and daily activities, edit them and organize stock photos.Any other related tasks assigned by the management. Job Requirement Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related disciplinesMinimum 2 years' experience in social media management and customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)Proven expert knowledge of social media marketing, search engine optimization channels to generate impact on customer insightsDemonstrated performance in crafting and executing compelling content development using various marketing channels and strategiesOutstanding organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsBusiness acumen and strategic thinkingStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Tiktok, Instagram,Youtube, Vlog and other related multimedia toolsProficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
