Job Description Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company's marketing goals and brands image.Implement a social media creative content that align with brands image and messaging.Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy.Develop and implement social media campaign to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.Responsible for social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.Actively engage with followers, build relationships and foster a sense of community on social media platforms.Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly and maintain a strong online presence.Monitor social media trends, industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Monitor and manage social media budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.Analyze and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
RequirementsCandidate with at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.Working experience at least 2-3 years in social media management and content creation. Preferably in food industry is an added advantage.Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.Good in copywriting for media social postingExperience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.Able to multitask, resourceful, meticulous, problem-solving skills and proactive with sense of urgency.Possess positive attitude, good working attitude and good teamwork.Preferably someone with creativity attributes, work within a team of like-minded professionals and have open minded ideas especially worldwide minded is an added advantage.Computer literate: Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel and Power PointAble to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.Possess own mode of transportation.Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
