Job Summary:Develops, maintains, and enhances business applications.
Collaborates with stakeholders to validate user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options.
Assesses objectives for assigned project phases and recommends technical strategies and tactics to achieve business needs.Principal Responsibilities:Responsible for automation solutions with programming throughout development, testing and implementation stages across various systemsWorking with business users to provide on-going support and enhancement of automation solutionsConduct performance analysis based on managements' requirementsHandle new projects and other ad-hoc reports as assignedWork Experience:3 years of Development & Programming experienceStrong skills in VBA, SQL and VB.NET Knowledge of RPA Robotic Process Automation is a definite advantageGood command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin Education and Certification(s):Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline Distinguishing Characteristics:Good Team memberPersonal integrity Strong problem-solving skillsGood analytical and coding skillsDetail-minded with logical thinking and high efficiencyProactive mindset and self-motivated in learning new technologiesAdapt frequent changes and able to work under pressureThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
