The Sous Chef - Associate Restaurant supports the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen and ensuring maximum colleague satisfaction while operating within budgetary constraints and maintaining high culinary standards. 
Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma/degree in Culinary Education. Work experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in an international hotel or F&B establishment is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning. Proficient in general computer knowledge, strong organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills are essential.
