Spa Receptionist / Digital Marketing

**JOB DESCRIPTION**SPA RECEPTIONIST- Greeting of all guests.- Answering phone calls.- Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products.- Booking all appointments.- Checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.DIGITAL MARKETING- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM- FEMALE only ( Chinese or Malay)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsAbility to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
