Spa Therapist

Responsibilities: Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service. Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new clients. Professionally represent the hotel to the public. Carry out beauty treatments with care and follow company's standard. Equipped with knowledge about the variety of spa services in the market ranging from body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure. Promote and sell products suitable for client's needs. Be updated with all spa promotions Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations. Follow up on client's treatment appointments via SMS or phone call. Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products. Ensure both retail and professional product stock is well maintained, update on stock cards to constant monitor the stock level Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Spa therapist. Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies. Familiarity in sales will be considered an asset. Good knowledge of English language. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude. User level computer skills.
