  TANGGUNGJAWAB Play a vital role in providing specialized support and education to students with diverse learning needs.Develop and implement special plans for students with special educational needs, based on their specific requirements and abilities.Adapt and modify curriculum materials, instructional strategies, and assessment to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities, learning difficulties or other special needs.Collaborate with classroom teachers, learning support teams, and parents to identify and address student's learning challenges and implement effective intervention strategies.Maintain accurate records of students progress, achevement and areas requiring further development, and communicate this information effectively to parents, colleagues and school leadership.
