In your new role you will:CustomsHandle and check forwarders inbound document for shipments into DCA and IFAP exclude BECheck on inbound permit vs shipping invoices to ensure accuracy on permits declarationVerify suppliers' invoice against permit listing and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancyValidate courier services' inbound and outbound report and submit to Finance/TaxPreparation of GST Tax Reporting and submit to Finance/Tax monthlyAssist AP Custom team to provide inbound and outbound documents to Finance/Tax for Major Export Skim (MES) auditSES (Supplier Evaluation Score Card) update to AP Custom for outbound forwarder for DCA and crossdock SINPerform documents destruction with Iron MountainPerform eArchiving of shipping documents and permits to SaperionTransit ManagementFreight bill verification preparationFreight invoice verification and classification (financial coding)Freight invoice approval and submission handlingExtract and deliver shipping report to Finance controller to determine the freight cost allocation key.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree with 0-1 year experience in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar field;Fresh graduate is encouraged to applyGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;Knowledge of SAP ERP is recommended;Strong communication and good interpersonal skill.Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and under minimum supervision.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines.High integrity, pleasant personality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
