The individual will provide administrative support to the Quality and Risk Management function for the Deloitte offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.Responsibilities:Manage and execute various Quality & Risk Management (QRM) activities and processes, such as Monthly Risk updates, Quality Checks, Engagement Reviews, and Team Survey. Updating and maintaining the Global Risk Management tool Review and validate reports/results of the QRM risk review processes.Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside of the standard QRM guardrails.Responsible in scheduling, updating, and following up on monthly project updates and contract status in preparation for monthly governance meeting.Collaborate and coordinate with Finance and Legal on information required for the monthly governance reporting. Direct liaising with internal stakeholders, deal teams or project managers to ensure the risks and mitigations are reported accurately.Develop checklists and process documents for reviewing analysing risks profiles.Assisting in administrative and QRM duties to comply with Deloitte's standards, procedures and policies.
