(Sr) Accountant (Distribution Analyst)

Job DescriptionPost cash payments.Creates RMA & stock transfer, price protection, Phantom credits, and debit memos.Creates manual invoices.Balances cash payments received to bank statements monthly/quarterly.Performs account clearings.Weekly processing of POS files and Ship/debit files with timely processing S&D claim file, resolving file errors with distributors.Posts daily wires & misc payment & research customer payments as needed.Creates RMA, stock transfers, Price Protection, Phantom credits.Month-end balancing process, balancing to GL weekly.POS files – weekly processing (timely processing POS files from disti, POS data release to Model N & etc)Posts daily wires & misc payment & research customer payments as needed.Creates RMA, stock transfers, Price Protection, Phantom credits.Month-end balancing process, balancing to GL weekly.POS files – weekly processing (timely processing POS files from disti, POS data release to Model N & etc)Ship & debit files – weekly processing (timely processing S&D claim file, resolve file errors with disti & etc)Inventory reconciliation (monthly inventory recon, data release to Model N & etc)Price books and price protection (inform disti standard quarterly price, run price protection in Model N & etc)Distributor stock transfer (manage stock transfer in accordance with Renesas procedures)Distributor stock rotation (manage disti stock rotation, processing matrix)Qualifications3+ years experience in disti analyst/CSR etc with accounting AR/credit experience or knowledge from a semiconductor industry.SAP experience preferableModel N experience is an advantagePossess good English communication skillsExcel skills
