Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to project management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in managing small-scale global projects, adeptly navigating diverse time zones and cultural contexts. Additionally, they should possess a solid understanding of HR operations and processes, enabling seamless coordination and support across all aspects of the organization.
Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion. Utilize SmartSheet and other tracking tools proficiently to maintain project documentation and facilitate collaboration.
Qualifications
At least 5 years HR project experience either in capacity as HR team member or as project coordinator Excellent communication written and verbal - Language – Mandarin, English, Malay. Proficiency in other Asian languages would be an added advantage. An advantage if worked within global organization and culture Good systems knowledge working with automated processes Very organized to track project activities, resource, deadlines etc. using Smartsheet an advantage Ability to work with processes and identify improvements for efficiency and standardization
