Ssc Payroll Manager

To lead and direct the time & attendance and payroll service.To manage the payroll team to ensure the shared service delivers payroll services that meet customer expectations and service level agreements.To manage the payroll team to carry out the day-to-day processes for the provision of an effective, timely, and accurate payroll service for the subsidiaries in accordance with the appropriate HR policies, service standards, and performance requirements. To oversee the training and development of the payroll team to promote knowledge transfer, develop skills, and provide stable resilience for the ongoing running and expansion of the payroll service.To ensure that all payroll controls, payroll compliance, and all audit regulatory requirements are met.Implementing changes as necessary for statutory updates and overseeing any projects to improve efficiency. To manage the end-of-year statutory returns as required by the subsidiaries supported.To manage ongoing maintenance and development of the payroll system. Job Requirement Proven payroll experience in the Shared Service Center (SSC).Strong understanding and relevant experience in HRIS and Payroll system.Experience in working on and managing multiple payrolls, working towards multiple deadlines.Management and overseeing of a payroll team.Hands-on, willing to step in to process payroll if needed.Possess good knowledge and experience in SEA & Oceania regulatory requirements.Aptitude for using and developing IT to better support and operate the payroll function.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including subsidiaries' HR, IT, and other relevant teams.Effective partnership working skills including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.Excellent Problem solving and investigative skills.
