Job Description OPEN POSITION: Staff Engineer, ASIC Design (MNC IT Manufacturer) A MNC IT Manufacturer is currently hiring for Staff Engineer, ASIC Design to come and join them in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include: Possess Bachelor's Degree in engineering or in any related field.
Proven hands-on experience and knowledge of ASIC Design processes and flows.
Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.
Developing and executing the implementation and validation plans of the component with experience using Verilog.
Offering guidance to the team engaged in development activities.
Acting as the representative of the frontend design team, facilitating communication and collaboration with various functional groups such as product engineering, among others.
Great organizational, collaboration and communication skills.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
