Staff Specialist, Co Operations Controlling

Responsibilities:Overall backend plant products standard cost, providing analysis, guidance and direction to operations, PLs, and support functions for product cost.
Managing overall backend plant product cost tasks including quarterly standard cost, annual cost rate & 5 years cost roadmap.
Conducting backend product/work center operation cost center budget/forecast/actual gap analysis and reporting.
Collaborating with operation owners to drive budget, cost improvement, and control throughout the plant.
Performing volume reporting & analysis and inventory forecasting.
Working with operation owners on inventory control.
Active business partnering with relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent.
Relevant financial cost controlling experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in manufacturing plant cost controlling.
Skilled in SAP system and equipped with strong analytical skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
