As an HR Process Analyst (SuccessFactors), you will play a vital role in supporting VAT HR and shaping the company's future. In addition to managing dynamic projects, you will ensure the seamless operation of SuccessFactors HR modules, with a particular emphasis on modules such as Succession & Development, Compensation, and Performance & Goals. This role involves handling day-to-day operational challenges and processing change requests to enhance system functionality.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Planning and monitoring the HR processes and overall processes of the VAT Group as well as the integration of the associated quality, compliance and risk management aspects. Use and update SAP SuccessFactors HR modules in support of functional processes and procedures. Recommend changes to system functionality and supports systems implementation/upgrade in area of functional responsibility. Document HR processes and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on HR initiatives and solicit feedback on process improvements. Provide support and training to HR departments across the organization. Work with the HR Services team to optimize support for the relevant processes and monitors service delivery. Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services, SuccessFactors, FUSE learning. Identify needs and requests of the Group and design the customized HR reports and analyses Ensure VAT further improves HR function by optimally defining HR processes and related digital systems. Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments, teams, and external vendors. Minimum Qualification : At least 5 years of working experience in IT related fields, of which minimum 2 years on SAP SuccessFactors HR modules Bachelor Degree, preferably with a focus on information technology Understanding on HR processes, business needs and requirements and how to translate them to functional and technical solutions Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills and communications skills Proven project management skills Proficient in English VAT is an equal opportunity employer.
