Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.- Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, dishes & utensils- Maintaining cleanliness standards by washing dishes, pots, pans, plates,silverware, glassware, and other items used in cooking or food preparation- Operating dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces- Following safety procedures for using equipment, disposing of waste products, and other activitiesPay: From RM1,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Kitchen management: 1 year (preferred)- steward: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Typhoid Injection (preferred)- Food Handler Certificate (preferred)Application Deadline: 12/31/2023
