We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to join our team at Freedom X Auto Parts Company in Bintulu, Sarawak. As a full-time Stock Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the efficient management of our automotive parts and accessories.
What you'll be doing
Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming inventory
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels, locations, and movements
Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
Assisting with the organisation and storage of inventory items to optimise space and accessibility
Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
Identifying opportunities for inventory optimisation and making recommendations to improve efficiency
Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a stock keeping or inventory management role, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records
Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A flexible and adaptable approach to handling changing priorities and demands
