Store Assistance

Deal directly with customers by telephone & face to face.Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceHandle and resolve customer complaints.Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking stocks on the shelvesProduct scanningPacking and Shipping related work.Responsible for stock take.Checking and updating stock inventory in the warehouse.Loading / Unloading products (Truck / Container)Ensure items kept in the store are maintained and protected from damage or loss including stock controlSelf-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiativeTime management and ability to prioritize tasks givenResponsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time. Job Requirements: Full-Time, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.Able to start work immediately.Experience working in a warehouse environment would be an advantage.Possess good initiative, responsible and work attitude, fast learner with teachable qualities/willing to learn.Good at managing workload and administrative work.Must be organized and PunctualGood Communication skillsComputer literacy is preferably (Microsoft office, stock inventory system, etc.. related)Training will be providedWorking Hours: 9.50 am-7 pm (Monday to Friday)Working Hours: 12.50 pm-5 pm Saturday (Alternate).
