Details of the offer

Requirements:Minimum Diploma / Certificate on relevant field preferably in Store/Warehouse Management
1-year experience in this field
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP System
Able to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to work independently and good team player
Candidates with knowledge of mechanical / lorry spare parts / experienced in land transport store /purchasing environment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:Managing Store and Inventory including, receiving of incoming and issuing of outgoing inventories, direct stock / goods, Security and 5 S housekeeping, including labelling, arrangement and cleanliness.
Monitoring the minimum and maximum stock and inventory level and replenishment based on company standard and policies.
To assist in sourcing and purchasing activities of direct and non-stock items including sourcing of new suppliers, negotiation for favourable terms, pricing, payment and quality.
To ensure on the timely delivery of orders.
To prepare, update, Recording and Reporting using SAP System according to company standard and policies.
To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders including internal users i.e. all departments, HODs and external suppliers / contractors with regards to new orders, complaints, reject material, delivery, quality and related matters to ensure on the smooth operations.
To conduct Vendor Evaluation Rating on yearly basis.
