Areas involved :-
Sales
-Manage tenant prospects and arrange hostels tours with the sales team. Convert new tenants.
Property Management
-Monitoring property cleanliness by housekeeping team.
-Manage rent collection and issuance of reminders. Recording and reporting the issue with facilities and contacting the relevant parties for problem solving.
Accounts
-Manage petty cash and record any financial transactions on a monthly basis. (Detailed accounting by others)
Promotion
-Assist in promoting the hostel services and working with the sales team to formulate promotional/marketing activities internally and externally.
Consultative role
-To meet potential tenants and guardians, enquire about their needs, matching of tenants, and problem solving, provide guidance and recommendations to tenants and guardians where required.

; Requirements:-
-Interested in hospitality management.
-Must have at least 2 years of Hotel or Hostel Management working experience.
-Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay spoken and written.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
-Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel and Power Point ) is a must.
-Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
-Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills.
-Nature of Candidate : Systematic, patient, organised, attention to details, able to multi-task, interested in working with youth and kids.
-Job Category : Operation / Data Entry.

-Nationality Preferred : Malaysian only.
