Supervisor

Job Requirement
1) Candidate must possess at least higher secondary / STPM / Pre-U,Professional certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
2) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3) Required skills: Quality Control, Quality Assurance,Calibration
4) Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
1) Assist superior in all aspects of technical and quality matters for all processes by establishing a smooth, efficient and profitable operation
Responsible in product quality improvement, monitor,data analysis, review and drive for corrective plan
2) To oversee day-to-day operation on quality control and quality assurance
3) Assure smooth implementation of total quality in every aspect of manufacturing process by inspection on:
- In-coming raw materials
- In-coming scraps
- Others
4) Maintain and up-to-date Register of Calibration,Measuring and Test equipment
5) Ensure calibration of measuring and test equipment at predetermined intervals to required standards and maintenance of calibration Certificates
6) Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used for the production process
7) Ensure quality awareness and utilization of quality system by ensuring the products are met the customer specification standard
