Job Description: Production Team Coordinator Assembly / Supervisor I
Roles, Responsibilities and Job ExpectationsLeading and supervising the Assembly cleanroom section, monitoring daily activities such as manpower, shift planning, attendance, safety, and discipline of subordinates.
Ensure the timely delivery of all products in required quality and at a reasonable cost level.
Initiate and ensure continuous improvement in processes and 5S in the work environment to increase productivity and maintain safety.
Ensure adequate training and qualification of Assembly shift employees.
Ensure equipment, stations, jigs, and fixtures maintenance is carried out according to schedule.
Ensure optimum stock levels at both finished goods store and material kitting area to meet demand and delivery requirements.
Ensure proper setup using the equipment, jigs/fixtures, and parts with correct programs and parameters for assembly and test processes.
Troubleshoot and solve any leakage issues during the leak test process.
Ensure accurate information in D365 (i.e., Inventory, cost, quality, delivery lead time) with accurate data entry and timely transactions.
Ensure proper maintenance of procedures and perform tasks according to documentation.
Ensure timely recording with accurate reporting of production status, especially the departmental KPI.
Ensure adequate 4M readiness for smooth production, such as manpower, raw material, jigs/fixtures, and assembly stations availability.
Communicate with respective departments in case of any quality issues, parts and components availability, and critical delivery timelines.
Provide coaching to line leaders and assemblers.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Minimum RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Sciences / Engineering.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in similar cleanroom assembly processes.
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a similar production environment.
Preferably possess knowledge in leak testing and material handling/kitting.
Experience in manpower/capacity planning.
