Supply Chain Executive

**Jobs Descriptions**:- Oversee all Production, Raw Material / Packaging Material Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing activities.- To forecast, plan, coordinate and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods suppliers to meet the inventory requirements for regular and ad-hoc orders.- Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated and place orders as needed.- Keep track customer outstanding orders. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Drive initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.- Closely follow up with suppliers on the delivery of goods purchased and assessment of suppliers' performance.- Implement systems and processes for accurate demand forecasting.- Handling and familiarity with shipping documents for import/export and customs requirements.- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and Implement best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage- Monitor KPIs and maintain inventory accuracy.- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.- Procurement skills including knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization- Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.- Able to work in a team and good leadership skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
