Supply requirements are moderated by the team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from regional distribution centers, product life-cycle, quality and special customer requirements and/or projects. The team cooperates with are Global Demand Planners, Buyers, Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Helpdesk and Customer Experience Management teams.The Supply Chain Planner I has a key role in the team. Beside standard materials planning responsibilities, the person is expected to participate in continuous improvement activities of materials management processes and project management work.Responsibilities:Support and participate in deployment of supply chain model within regionAssist with the planning and development of supply schedule to keep sufficient inventory positions tosupport material requirements of internal or external customersAssist in the review and adjustment of demand plan with internal stakeholdersFollows instructions and applies Zebra's procedures to resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting supply plan including capacity, transportation, and order-management errorsMonitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries; partner with Order Management to resolve any admin/order error(s)Work with senior team members to identify and report shortages within the broader supply chain organization and support resolutionDevelop working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders to confirm production / shipping schedulesReceives detailed instructions on all workMay assist in performing ad-hoc analysis as neededMay participate in cross-functional projects as a representative of the supply chain functionQualifications:Bachelor's degreeBusiness, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred0-2 years of experienceInternational Supply Chain experience in service and/ormanufacturing a plusAbility to organize and prioritize workStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOracle knowledge a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelTo protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you ****** accounts.
