Job DescriptionOverall Responsibilities:
Manage a group of products under the business segments to ensure factory meets commitments and product priorities in the Production Scheduling horizon through monitoring factory execution as needed.
Own and communicate the factory recovery plan to stakeholders when there is a factory performance issue or excursion.
Connect to GPO for supply analysis, transactional activities needed and link back the result to the factory or stakeholders for supply analysis needed. This includes working with GPO process owner on process capability and enhancement.
Participate in line execution issues (induced by Planning) and work out solutions to ensure smooth factory execution and no impact to order support.
Factory facing person to support product xRB excursion management.
Apply lean and drive continuous improvement in site owned activities for improved efficiency.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
Relevant experience preferred.
At least 2 years of related experience.

AI/Machine learning/data mining.
Subcon background.
Negotiating and Influencing skills.
Change Adaptive/Flexibility.
Problem Solving/Analytical skills (LEAN - advantage).
Technical skills (product knowledge, tools/processes).
