Lead and manage activities related to the outsourced supplier work performance, deliver high quality results to meet business needs.
Track, audit, monitor and report out outsource supplier performance indicator/metrics meet management expectations.
Conduct Audit ensure SOW & business process & control compliance.
Own Transition Change Management (TCM) communicate the project timelines to stakeholders for business alignment. Own desktop procedure for business knowledge retention and Access Risk Assessment including BCP.
Act as escalation point of contact for critical business/material/inventory issues and drive issue to resolution.
Regular meeting with CW PM and Team Lead to get the update for all Buyer issues.
Review KPI performance review package to ensure 100% transaction accuracy, meet TPT and completeness (supporting documents like approval/emails).
Compile and present KPI & Operation reports to management.
Continuously drive business process efficiency for Procurement and Inventory management. Provide support for any internal/external procurement and inventory audit request.
