With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.**Job Description**:Manage and plan broiler supply and ensure sufficient supply of Day Old Chick (DOC) and broilers supply to meet the demand required by the Poultry Processing Plant and Customers.**Responsibilities**:- To forecast requirement of DOC intake, Farm Capacity and broiler supply based on Demand.- Identifying gaps between supply and demand and create action plans to mitigate the supply shortage / surplus.- To source DOC and ensure DOC supply is sufficient for DOC intake into farms.- Ensure availability of farms for DOC placement.- To maintain overview of broiler supply and communicate to Plant planning and Demand Planning.- To ensure broiler supply quantity and size meet the requirement of DPP.- To coordinate among Harvesting Department, Logistic Department and Plant to ensure smooth execution of harvesting plan.- Maintaining and constant updating on masterplan from DOC placement down to broiler supply.- To liaise with Farm Supervisor and Contract Farm Technician on Weekly Harvesting Plan.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in analytics, business, finance, statistics or equivalent.- At least 7 years of working experiences in related fieldAdditional Information**MFM is honored to receive the following awards**:- **2021**- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 (Malaysia Edition)- ** 2020**- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020 (Malaysia Edition)- ** 2019**- Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards 2019, Best Onboarding Experience (Bronze)- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 (Malaysia Edition)- ** 2018**- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018 (Malaysia Edition)
