Responsibilities: Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on AutoCountProducts via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and remote access.Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer's inquiries does not left unattended.Able to work both independently as well as a team.Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required. Requirements: At least Diploma in IT related courses.Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.Service minded person and patient person.Familiar or experienced with accounting system or software support will be an added advantage.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
