### Job Description

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a dynamic and driven **Support Officer** to join our innovative team on a part-time basis. As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through top-notch support services. #### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Support:**
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system to facilitate follow-up and improve service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback and work closely with other departments to enhance service quality.

2. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Assist in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation related to the support process.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to the management team for continuous improvement.

3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for process improvements and potential product enhancements.

4. **Training and Development:**
- Support new team members by providing onboarding assistance and sharing best practices to help them acclimatize to our culture and processes.
- Continuously expand your own knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support.

5. **Project Support:**
- Assist in project initiatives by providing administrative support and feedback as needed.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for customer concerns or operational challenges.

6. **Leadership and Initiative:**
- Demonstrate proactive leadership by taking the initiative in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Act as a representative of the company's values and culture in all interactions, inspiring teamwork and a shared vision.

### Requirements:

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role.

**Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive experiences.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire others through your approach to work.

**Soft Skills:**
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build effective working relationships in a remote environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating initiative and the ability to motivate peers towards common goals.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
