Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a reliable and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
3. Process customer orders and handle billing inquiries.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with others.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
6. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
